Sleighing Heiden

The starting point of the sledging track is located below the PostBus stop at Kaien and can easily be reached by PostBuses travelling towards Trogen or Rehetobel. From there, the route to the top first leads along the main road for a bit, against the traffic. Take the first left, and then follow the trail for half an hour up the hill. Coming out of the forest, all warmed up after a brisk walk, the fun can begin. Ahead is a good long downhill run via Benzenrüti to Heiden.

Please note: sledging as far as Heiden is only possible when there is plenty of snow.
