If you order the vouchers before 3 pm on a business day and pay by credit card or TWINT, the vouchers will be shipped on the same day by first-class mail. Do you need the vouchers right now? Visit our tourist offices in Urnäsch and Heiden or the SOB Bahnreisezentrum in Herisau (rail travel information centre). The Bahnreisezentrum in Herisau charges an administration fee of CHF 5 per transaction. However, the opening times are longer there. The vouchers can even be bought on Saturdays.

The vouchers are valid for five years from the date of issue. Most of our partners accept them even after the expiry date.

The vouchers can be used for all restaurants, hotels, mountain inns and cable cars in the cantons of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and Appenzell Innerrhoden. Unterrechtsein spa in the Appenzell Foreland also accepts the vouchers.
