If you order the vouchers before 3 pm on a business day and pay by credit card or TWINT, the vouchers will be shipped on the same day by first-class mail. Do you need the vouchers right now? Visit our tourist offices or the Appenzeller Bahnen Heiden or Teufen stations or the SOB Bahnreisezentrum in Herisau (rail travel information centre). The Bahnreisezentrum in Herisau and the Appenzeller Bahnen station in Teufen charges an administration fee of CHF 5 per transaction. However, the opening times are longer there. The vouchers can even be bought on Saturdays and Sundays.

The vouchers are valid for five years from the date of issue. Most of our partners accept them even after the expiry date.

The vouchers can be used for all restaurants, hotels, mountain inns and cable cars in the cantons of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and Appenzell Innerrhoden. Unterrechtsein spa in the Appenzell Foreland also accepts the vouchers.
