The hike from Niederteufen to Haslen passes through both the Outer and Inner Rhodes; the Rotbach and the walls of the Wonnenstein Monastery mark the border between the cantons. The Rotbachtobel, a wild ravine, is crossed twice on the route. And in a short distance, four times 80 metres of ascent are covered. Impressive views of the rocky river landscape are the reward for this effort.
