We are a third-generation family-run business with 15 employees under the management of Peter and Annelies Sturzenegger-Frick. For 80 years, we have been a family of devoted craft butchers. We run two butcher shops – in Schwellbrunn and Waldstatt – as well as the Ochsen inn in Schwellbrunn.
Our restaurant and dining room can accommodate around 65 guests. We offer modern dishes cooked from the freshest market ingredients as well as regional specialities. Running our own butcher shop, we can guarantee the provenance of our meat products. We are renowned for our specialities. Let our chefs surprise you with their creative dishes.
