Our renowned specialities include a variety of Appenzell Biber cakes. Different traditional Appenzell motifs baked in old, hand-carved moulds are available in a number of sizes.
To make sure that our wares do not just authentic but also taste fantastic, we use natural ingredients wherever we can.
