The Breitenmoser Gustarium is the only world of experience dedicated to the meat industry in Switzerland. Various barbecue seminars take place all year round on the barbecue terrace. Here you can learn tips and tricks from the experts. Participants in a sausage seminar learn all about making a sausage and then get to grill it themselves.
Spontaneous visitors can also indulge themselves with us. A freshly sliced Appenzeller Plättli can be enjoyed outside or in the butcher's parlor with a view of the Alpstein. The interactive, entertaining and informative exhibition “all about enjoyment” can be visited free of charge.
You can taste and purchase our specialties and be inspired by the many gift ideas in the gourmet store. We make parties and seminars for up to 60 people a very special experience for you. The butcher's parlor with bar and fireplace is lovingly furnished and decorated. Our chefs will spoil you with their own specialties.
