We are a third-generation family-run business with 15 employees under the management of Peter and Annelies Sturzenegger-Frick. For 80 years, we have been a family of devoted craft butchers. We run two butcher shops – in Schwellbrunn and Waldstatt – as well as the Ochsen inn in Schwellbrunn.
We buy our ingredients directly from producers in the region and can thus influence the product quality. With us you can be assured that you will only buy top-quality meat and sausage specialities. Fresh was, is and will always be in fashion! In our shop we send you on a culinary journey with our home-made and fresh specialities – daily.
For all your needs outside our regular opening hours, we sell a variety of delicacies 24/7 from our vending machine.
