We run an organic Swiss Bud farm at 830 meters above sea level in a beautiful location above Heiden with a wonderful view of Lake Constance with a lot of joy, passion and dedication. Conserving resources and the conscious use of existing valuable assets are aspects on which we build. And we also want to give the word “origin” more meaning again with a great deal of respect.
Our animals grow up in a species-appropriate, caring and antibiotic-free environment that is as natural as possible. Each animal is personally accompanied until its last breath and is bid farewell on the farm with care and dignity, without any stress factor.
Our products, which grow and thrive exclusively on the Bischofshof, are created here with great care - products that nature gives us. We also attach great importance to sustainable packaging and a taste experience that lasts - for example with a
break on our panoramic loungers, enjoying the products as a farm-to-table,
our “bergpause” picnic basket, catering offers, farm-to-grill events or
aperitifs in our cheese cellar for up to 10 people.
