On a south-facing slope, this detached, two-storey house is roughly 100 years old. It underwent a minor renovation in 2021/2022, with new organic vinyl floors installed throughout, parquet flooring in the living room, mostly new windows and brightly furnished rooms. Rooms in the first-floor living and sleeping area have a ceiling height of 2 m, and 1.90 m in the second-floor sleeping area. Two separate parking spaces are available for guests’ exclusive use.
In addition to the four rooms, the holiday home has a kitchen equipped with three hotplates and an oven, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, food processor, toaster, raclette oven, cheese grater, sauce strainer, refrigerator, dishwasher and the usual kitchen utensils.
The bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower, washbasin, towel warmer, hairdryer and towels. The toilet is separate.
The house can be heated with an oil-fired tiled stove and individual electric radiators.
