DETAILED INFORMATION ON THE ALPSTOBETE CELEBRATIONS
At the heart of the Alpstobete are traditional music, dancing, yodelling and bell-ringing herdsmen. Age-old dances like the beautiful “Mölirad” men’s group dance are performed, sometimes also the “Hierig”, a pantomime dance from the Inner Land that revolves around the themes of courtship, feuding and reconciliation.
