Winter wonderland at the foot of Kronberg and Petersalp
Freshly covered in snow, the hills of Appenzellerland beckon you outdoors for some winter sports. These are ideal conditions for a snowshoe hike on untouched trails. South-east of Urnäsch village, a route is signposted up to Lauftegg – a route that brings pleasure to all the senses: deep blue skies, drifting powder snow and sweeping views of mountains and valleys.
