The small, fine winter sports area for connoisseurs. The local recreation ski area boasts a variety of slopes in all levels of difficulty for the whole family. State-of-the-art technology is used to ensure snow safety.

There are excellent skiing and snowboarding pistes at 810 metres above sea level in Heiden, with wonderful views of Lake Constance. The ski lift takes skiers to the starting point of a 5-km piste and frequently stays open until late in the evening.

The Heiden winter sports school is situated on Bischofsberg mountain and offers ski and snowboarding lessons for children 2.5 years and older and adults. The slopes at the children’s ski lift are prepared using man-made snow. A separate sledging track is also available. A free shuttle bus takes winter sports enthusiasts from Heiden post office / station up to Bischofsberg mountain and back.

A 6-km piste awaits skiers at the Kaien ski lift in Grub AR. Two red and one blue piste cater for different abilities. Hot and cold drinks as well as snacks are available from the kiosk in the heated Skiliftstübli hut at the valley station.

The St. Anton ski lift takes winter sports enthusiasts up to 3.5 kilometres of ski slopes at an altitude of between 855 to 1,110 metres above sea level. Discounted rates are available for groups and families.

The ski lift is located in the municipality of Speicher. A 1-km piste awaits in a winter sports area at 970 to 1,030 metres above sea level. Hot and cold food and drinks are available.

Ski down the 1 km piste at Gais and warm up in the Truube restaurant next to the ski lift.

The Blatten practice lift is ideal for beginners. Ski lessons on the 300 m slope are available for children aged 4 and older.

This area is perfect for beginners and small children. The Landscheide restaurant and the Sitz mountain inn are looking forward to catering for hungry and thirsty winter sports enthusiasts

The Hörnlilift ski lift is situated at between 890 to 970 metres above sea level with a 400 m ski slope. On Friday evenings the piste is lit. The restaurant with terrace provides sustenance for your next run

A ski lift and a practice lift take skiers up to 2 kilometres of ski slopes. The gentle and wide piste at the pony lift is perfect for families with small children and less experienced skiers and snowboarders. Rest and warm up in the ski hut at the end of the ski lift.
