Lillyweg

Today is a big day for brother and sister Lilly and Martin. Their experiences along the trail are summarised at 14 stations. The individual panels have been lovingly designed by painter Lilly Langenegger in a rural style. You will build “stone people” with your children, play with a toy train, pass the wire test, balance on a tree trunk, learn about Mount Säntis and climb over logs.

There is a climbing rock for bigger children, and smaller ones learn a little rhyme to make climbing up those stairs that little bit easier.

Weather permitting, the panels are in place from mid-April to October.

The trail and fire pits are open to guests all year round.

A Lillyweg-themed colouring book with 14 black-and-white illustrations by Lilly Langenegger is available from the tourist office in Urnäsch, the Reka holiday village in Urnäsch, or the publishers, Verlagshaus Schwellbrunn.

The Lillybeizli is located on the way to the Alp Fischegg (open May - October on Saturdays and Sundays - subject to change).
