Tracking down secrets – a herb walk followed by a tour of the new Appenzeller Alpenbitter world of herbs.
The people of Appenzell are known for their secrets, whether it’s for cheese or for Appenzeller Alpenbitter herb liqueur.
Martina Rocco, qualified herbalist, introduces you to the wild herbs around Appenzell on a two-hour herb walk. Some of them are also ingredients in the famous Appenzeller Alpenbitter herb liqueur.
After the walk, enjoy a visit to the “world of herbs”. The new company tour informs visitors about the 42 herbs and the Appenzell distilling tradition whilst combining adventure, excitement and entertainment.
For groups: 10 persons – max. 20 persons
